We also keep the backups for the last one week and we don't erase any one of them, so in case you need any content from a given day and hour, you could restore it without difficulty. Although our support can assist you with that, you won't have to lose time to contact them because all backups are available as browsable folders inside the File Manager section of the Hepsia Control Panel, which is used to take care of the shared hosting accounts, so restoring a backup is as basic as copying a folder or a certain file based upon what you need. To avoid any unintentional deletions, the backups are in read-only mode, thus they can be copied, but not modified. If you use our hosting services, you won't have to worry that you may lose information under any circumstances.
Browsable Daily Backups in Dedicated Hosting
The backup service is active by default for all semi-dedicated server accounts that are created on our sophisticated cloud platform. A copy of your whole content is stored each day and we'll always have at least 4 backups of your files for any of the past seven days. Other than the number of backups, the extra edge of our platform over the service that other providers offer is the fact that you can look through all available backups via the File Manager tool inside your hosting CP. The only difference from the ordinary folders which you have is that the backup ones are with read-only permissions for security reasons, but the management is precisely the same, so if you would like to restore a single file or a whole folder, you only have to copy it to the actual domain name directory and you will be good to go. This function will save you the time that you would otherwise spend to call our technical support and will give you the safety that you need as you will never lose any content anymore.
